“A community that strives toward sustainable pathways for evolutionary development in synergistic interaction with its milieu”(K. BAUSCH-glossary, pers. comm., 2002)

This goal should be pursued “through individual and collective processes of empowerment and evolutionary learning. Template:Ency entity's do not adapt their environment to their needs, nor do they simply adapt to their environment. Rather, they adapt with their environment in a dynamic of mutually sustaining evolutionary co-creation”(Ibid)

These views have been developed during the years 1996-2000 in Fuschl and Asilomar Conversations . As a general program, the Template:Ency entity indicates a genuine systemic evolutionary path for human communities.

However the practical meaning and content (also in systemic terms) of abstract concepts like “sustainable path”, “development”, “empowerment”and “learning”should be seriously researched and clearly explained if the whole Template:Ency entity concept is to become more than an expression of well-meaned wishful idealistic thinking.
