Incremental informational content: relative to constraint $C^{\prime }$, and given event $s^{\prime }$, a situation $s$ carries the information that there is a situation of type $S^{″}$if and only if:

1. There is a constraint $C^{\prime }$ holding between the type that results from the conjunction of $S$ and $S^{\prime }$, and the type $S^{″}$ ($C=[S{S}^{\prime }\Rightarrow S^{″}]$).

2. The anchoring event $s^{\prime }$ is of type $S^{\prime }$.

3. The situation $s$ is of type $S$.
