An inconvenient way to interfere with the basic parameters which govern “both the transient and asymptotic behaviors in an autonomous system” (Adapted from G. KLIR, 1993, p. 21).

KLIR states: “It is absolutely essential… that the time-dependent inputs, or forcings, do not change autonomous dynamics in any way” (p.21).

Tampering is frequently a result of an insufficient knowledge or understanding of initial conditions and environmental constraints rigging the system.
