Systemics and cybernetics constitute wide transdisciplinarian conceptual structures that can be used to process any kind of observations in a specific discipline in the sense to interrelate them at their own disciplinarian level and, on the other hand, to other types of observations at the same or differente levels made in the frame of other disciplines
