Template:Ency person proposes what she calls “evolutionary guidance systems (Template:Ency entity's)”, which can help persons “to Template:Ency term the Template:Ency term they ideally would like to become at some time in the future…” on the base of “an Template:Ency term, clear enough, attractive enough…” and eventually “Template:Ency term agreed upon” (1991, p.79).
Template:Ency person adds (describing the Template:Ency term shown in her paper): “Template:Ency person's must keep the Template:Ency term vivid for everyone and must keep it updated. For that reason iterative Template:Ency term of Template:Ency term are shown flowing from a past or present institutional Template:Ency term to the Template:Ency person and from it to a future Template:Ency term of the institution. Multiple Template:Ency term are shown for the Template:Ency person, because it co-evolves with the system it serves” (Ibid).
This is an interesting idea, which may be very helpful to psychically movilize people. However, somecaveats seem to be necessary. No Template:Ency person could suddenly appear out of the blue: it is unavoidedly base on Template:Ency term and Template:Ency term (how things should be), which are not neutral, being in the best case, culture-borne.
An Template:Ency person could however also be shaped by some ideologues (individuals or closed knitted Template:Ency term), whose well known insulation from anything that may contradict their beliefs makes them good candidates for inquisition, intolerance and autocracy, at times even cloaked in a pretense of open mindness.
Systemic guidance should imply a maximum possible genuine Template:Ency term, which is the only way to insure that the quota of Template:Ency term is as low as possible.
True guidance should be based on mental devices for taking a clear conscience of one own's basic Template:Ency term and Template:Ency term, and for their Template:Ency term. This implies taking distance from onself, one of the most difficult psychological exercise, for sure.
At least, some systemic concepts may help as for example Template:Ency term critique (Template:Ency person) or the notion of Template:Ency term (Template:Ency person).
