Object type General information, Methodology or model

An object as perceived by an observer, or operator.

The element becomes “eigen”, because of the process of observation, specific of any individual observer. It tends moreover to become stabilized through repeated observations, in a specific way proper to the given observer. (Crf. “Hebb's rule”)

R. VALLÉE extends the concept to “the case of two subjects observing each other and themselves” (1984, p.25).
