Since 1997 I have collaborated with the computer science department of the Carlos III University (Spain). Since 2000 I have been a professor in the official studies given by this university. I obtained a PhD in Library Science from the Carlos III University in 1999 on the subject of Knowledge Information Systems and its relationships with linguistics. From 1991-2016, I have had grants and contracts from the Spanish National Research Council, the University Carlos III, and national competitive scholarships offered by the Spanish Government.
