Dear Simon,

The content cannot be published in its current state since there is deep misunderstanding of the cybersubsidiarity idea, which indeed offers an alternative to the panopticon. The very idea of subsidiarity means that most information actually do not circulate beyond the context of application, it remains in the periphery where complexity is solved. The informational filtering makes that only aggregate and relevant information for the matters at stake (of general interest) is conducted to the higher levels of organisation. The intention is maximasing autonomy and freedom. In the future this aspect should be corrected in order to be publishe in the glossaLAB.edu collection.
