The combination of synergy and integrity resulting from all the possible interactions of a number of participants.
The concept of syntegrity has been introduced by S. BEER (1994). It is derived from BUCKMINSTER FULLER's tensegrity and BEER applies it to the exploration of some topics by a group of 30 people (See “Team Syntegrity ”)
The basic model is the icosahedron, with its external and internal connections (1994, p.284-5) whose graphical representation shows all the possible interrelations among the participants.
