Object type Methodology or model

A combination of effects that produces unsustainable or destructive results.

This is the contrary of synergy .

The possibility of disergies should be seriously researched and carefully watched, particularly in human systems , which are frequently managed in irreflexive and imprudent ways.

This neologism has been introduced by Rafael RODRIGUEZ DELGADO (1997, p.72) in a slightly different form (“Disenergy”). “Disergy” has been adapted here as more consonant with “Synergy ”.
