An ordered presentation , preferently in graphical or matricial form, of the various significant opinions that can be identified on some issue .
This method can be very useful in order to avoid what J. WARFIELD calls “underconceptualization ”, “clanthink ” or more generally muddled thinking.
It provides a sound foundation for conflict resolution, conversation , negociation and design .
