- “The human supersociety composed of all the human societies” (M. BUNGE, 1993, p.213).
M. BUNGE makes the following suggestive comment: “The world social system was born on October 12, 1492. By the 18th century it was in full economic swing. By the time of World War I, it had also become a political system, albeit not a cohesive one. World-wide integration is still in the making” (Ibid).
It may be viewed as a network in course of creating myriads of new interaction links, possibly on its way to become a planetary autopoietic system. But there is a rock-bottom necessity: to become integrated within the planetary environment as a whole.
