An investigation “regarding systems methodologies rather than knowledge regarding systems” (G. KLIR, 1991, p. 106).

KLIR explains how any particular systems methodology can be compared with others. “Metamethodological inquiry can also be employed for validating various methodological principles that are based upon the investigated methodologies” (Ibid).

KLIR asserts that computers are very convenient tools for this kind of inquiries.
